Estimated pay ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually with $10,000 bonus, multiple forms of additional pay, and frequent multi-stop routes, primarily NYC boroughs and Long Island. Class A CDL required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Comfort with multi-stop grocery deliveries and unloading with electric pallet jack.
• Provide personal transportation to account.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers.
• Service territory includes NY, NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, and parts of upstate NY.
• 80–90% of deliveries in NYC boroughs and Long Island; daily NYC delivery routes.
• Perform multi-stop routes averaging 15–20 stops per week.
• Typically one long load per day, with occasional second load when hours permit.
• Assist with unloading using an electric pallet jack when required.
• May assist other local accounts as needed.
• Uniforms provided; customer service skills required.

CDL-A Local Grocery Driver – North Hatfield, MA

Earn an average of $100,000–$110,000 per year delivering fresh and frozen groceries throughout the Northeast. This dedicated local opportunity offers a $10,000 bonus , daily home time, additional stop pay, and consistent scheduled work. Drivers should be prepared for frequent deliveries to New York City boroughs and Long Island.

Main Yard / Starting Location

North Hatfield, MA — drivers operate within approximately 350 miles of the account, with most deliveries serving NYC boroughs and Long Island.

Pay Details

• Average Annual Pay: $100,000–$110,000
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,950–$2,150
• Mileage Pay: $0.52–$0.56 CPM
• Bonus: $10,000
• Daily Pay: $50 per day when all five scheduled workdays are completed
• NYC Borough Stop Pay: $42 per stop in Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Brooklyn
• Liftgate Stop Pay: $45 per stop
• Detention Pay: Paid in 15-minute increments when the driver arrives within the scheduled delivery window
• Classroom Safety Training: $20 per hour

• Drivers work scheduled holidays unless the account is not operating.
• Holiday schedule: Off during the day on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day, but work the holiday night.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
