Job summary

Central Transport in Vandalia, OH seeks experienced home-daily overnight linehaul drivers. You would depart from Vandalia, OH, travel to a partner facility and return to your home terminal each day.

The role emphasizes timely, safe deliveries and maintaining our service standards across the network. Qualified candidates have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, HazMat/Tanker endorsements or the willingness to obtain within 60 days, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a DOT drug

Qualifications

• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• No DUI within last 5 years (no more than 1 in lifetime)
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test

Responsibilities

• Operate home-daily overnight linehaul routes.
• Drive from Vandalia, OH to another Central Transport facility and return to your home terminal.
• Deliver reliable, on-time service to customers and partners.
