Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring for a Route Sales role in Missouri, offering daily home time and local delivery responsibilities. The role requires operating a company vehicle, merchandising products, and maintaining professional customer interactions.

Ideal candidates will have a Class A CDL (or be able to obtain one), a clean driving record, and the ability to complete daily DVIR logs and inspections. Training includes obtaining a CDL and DOT medical card, with paid time for onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Able to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs or more repeatedly.
• Able to work on foot for 8 hours or more daily.
• Current Class A CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Obtain Medical DOT Card.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
• Ensure load is stacked, wrapped, and secured each day.
• Collect payments for cash accounts and obtain signatures for receipts.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products per company procedures.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain daily paperwork.
