Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL or CDL school certificate.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to maneuver heavy equipment safely and complete daily paperwork/inspections.
• Physical ability to sit up to 75% of the day and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and high-traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off trucks and ancillary equipment to collect and transport waste.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete route paperwork.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards or mechanical issues.
• Represent the GFL brand with professional appearance and customer service on every route.
• Maintain a clean truck cab and collaborate with the team to optimize route efficiency.
