Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses from Fort Bragg, CA. You’ll operate propane trucks, perform daily inspections, and maintain delivery logs while providing friendly service.

Local routes keep you home nightly. Benefits include a 401(k) with ESOP, PTO, paid training, and seasonal bonuses. CDL Class A/B, HazMat/Tanker endorsements preferred; must lift up to 60 lbs and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL, HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or be able to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
