Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to construction sites across the country. If you hold a Class A or B CDL and are safety‑mocused, you will represent SRM on-site with professionalism and excellent service.

You’ll handle loading, mixing, and inspecting concrete, ensuring high quality and on-time deliveries while maintaining vehicle safety and accurate records. Home daily with overtime opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
