Job summary

One Way Safety seeks a self-motivated delivery driver to support growing warehouse operations in Illinois and Indiana. This role blends local driving with hands-on warehouse tasks, with hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities include local deliveries, order picking, inventory counts, vehicle maintenance, and using ERP/RMS tools, while adhering to safety, DOT, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Commercial License: Class A, B, or C CDL Driver. Must obtain a hazmat endorsement within 30 days of employment.
• Physical: Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50–60 lbs.
• Experience: Previous experience in delivery and warehouse operations.
• Compliance: Must pass a DOT physical and background check. Must also pass a DOT drug test and remain enrolled in our random drug testing policy.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving: Local deliveries and pickups in Illinois and Indiana, with efficient routes and professional client relationships.
• Warehouse: Picking/receiving, stocking, labeling/packaging, and inventory counts.
• Maintenance: Vehicle and trailer upkeep, CDL inspections, and reporting repairs.
• Operations: Use of Odoo for orders and RingCentral for updates.
• Safety: Adhere to plant rules, safety protocols, and road regulations.
