Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math, complete required documentation, and interpret maps and delivery information.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, hours of service, inspections, and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including irregular shifts and around-the-clock operations.
• Must meet all DOT medical requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings and random testing.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver petroleum products to customer locations while complying with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and report any equipment defects or safety concerns.
• Load and unload petroleum products at terminals and customer sites using approved procedures.
• Verify shipping documents, delivery information, and product accuracy.
• Maintain required records, logs, and delivery documentation per federal and state regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch about delivery status, delays, and equipment issues.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles in varying traffic and weather conditions.
• Maneuver fuel hoses, equipment, and vehicles in tight spaces and customer locations.
• Represent JRP professionally through safe driving practices and customer service.
