Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate Driver in Montgomery, AL to deliver products safely and efficiently while performing essential warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, route planning, inventory control with scanners, and adherence to DOT/OSHA safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of delivery driving, forklift/warehouse experience, and a CDL with Hazmat endorsement as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement, as needed.
• 1 year of delivery truck driving experience.
• 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferred.
• Proficient in computer and inventory systems, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specified product to locations safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with management to plan safe delivery routes.
• Verify correct product at delivery and in good condition.
• Perform loading and unloading as needed.
• Maintain required certifications (DOT, OSHA, company).
• Complete shipping and hazmat paperwork accurately.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain records.
• Assist customers with orders and returns as needed.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical counts.
