Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a Local CDL Driver for the Hillsboro, TX plant to safely deliver orders within a 100-mile radius. Responsibilities include operating the company truck, loading/unloading, and assisting in the warehouse as needed.

The role requires DOT-regulated safety, valid CDL (Class A/B), and the ability to maintain logs and perform pre/post-trip inspections. Local deliveries and safety-focused work environment are central to this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A or Class B CDL with required experience as specified.
• Within 60 miles of Hillsboro, TX or willing to relocate within 60 miles.
• Valid CDL and ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• No major traffic violations in last 3 years; clean DOT record.
• Ability to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate truck.
• Deliver orders to customers within DOT and safety rules.
• Load and unload materials and secure loads.
• Maneuver heavy materials with forklift/pallet jack/hand truck.
• Assist in warehouse when not driving.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain logbook.
