Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is hiring a Driver Merchandiser on a per-route basis in the Cleveland area. You will deliver beverages to customers, stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper handling and coding on pickups. This role requires a CDL A and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
1-3 years of general work experience required.
Valid Class A Driver's License required and Clean MVR.
1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Local delivery experience preferred.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers on an assigned route.
Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
Invoice and collect amounts due, settle accounts daily.
Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition (packaging intact).
Follow proper procedure and code product during pickup (disposition, destroy, repack, good return).
Operate safely to minimize product damage on the truck.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Follow Safety, Health, Environment and Quality procedures and policies.
Participate in Hazard Mitigation.
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
