Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Driver Merchandiser to operate local routes and stock shelves with Coca-Cola products. You will drive, merchandise, and rotate products while maintaining on-time deliveries in your community.

Starting pay ranges from $23.28 to $28.91 per hour based on experience, with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM until the route is completed, with opportunity for overtime and

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with no interstate restrictions and be at least 21 years old.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Able to meet DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds and perform related physical tasks.
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Communicate with other employees, customers, and shoppers; settle accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Pick up company property and secure company assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulationsMust have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
