Job summary

Louis Industries, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver to perform local and metro route deliveries. The role offers home nightly and about 30–35 hours per week. Candidates should have a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and be capable of complying with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include safe transport of finished goods, loading/unloading, and vehicle inspections. Experience with forklifts and steel handling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record required.
• Must pass DOT physical exam and drug/alcohol testing requirements.
• Experience operating forklifts and handling steel or heavy materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and materials between Louis Industries, customers, and vendor partners safely and efficiently.
• Ensure on-time deliveries while upholding safety, quality, and service standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, vehicle inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and internal policies.
