48forty Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver in Milwaukee, WI. You’ll handle local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook, and operate an automatic 53’ dry van. Shifts include 5:00 AM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, with weekends off and home daily.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within (# of miles) making about (# of routes) routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (# of hours) shifts.
