Responsibilities

Operate with Pride: Safely navigate residential neighborhoods in rear-load trucks to collect waste, yard waste, and recyclables.
Master the Equipment: Utilize hydraulic systems and compaction units with precision to maximize efficiency and minimize mechanical wear.
Safety First: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. At GFL, if it isn't safe, we don't do it.
Customer Excellence: Provide courteous service to our neighbors, ensuring routes are completed accurately and containers are handled with care.
