Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL required to operate commercial trucks.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience or a CDL school certificate.
• Safety-sensitive role with a clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather.
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to back into tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate rear-load trucks in residential areas to collect waste, yard waste, and recyclables.
• Use hydraulic systems and compaction units with precision to maximize efficiency and reduce wear.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Provide courteous service to customers and ensure routes are completed accurately.
