Job summary

Airgas, a leading supplier of industrial gases, is hiring a Local CDL Driver in Springfield, MO. You will safely transport bulk liquid gases between pickup terminals and customer sites with a local schedule and routine layovers, using a company-provided truck.

Qualifications include a Class A CDL with Tanker, Hazmat, and Airbrake endorsements, a Medical Card, and at least 2 years of verifiable driving with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker, Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements.
• Medical Examiner's Card is required.
• 2+ years verifiable Class A driving in past 5 years with clean MVR.
• Ability to read SDS and use digital logging systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, deliver, unload, and return bulk liquid gases.
• Operate a Class A vehicle to load/deliver pressurized gases.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain equipment.
• Assist with warehouse/dock operations and use of forklifts as needed.
