Job summary

R.P. Lumber is seeking a CDL Driver for Bloomington, IN to perform local deliveries of lumber, shingles, drywall, and millwork to customer jobsites. You will load/unload materials, maintain accurate paperwork, and help in the yard when not on a route.

This on-site, full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for certification and safe-driving bonuses. You must have a valid CDL, DOT medical certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsement.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate current or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent driving history and a clean motor vehicle record (last 60 months).
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lumber and building materials to customer jobsites on time.
• Assist in unloading at job sites using boom, crane, or by hand.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and inventory records.
• Unload/load materials in yard and assist with yard operations.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections.
