Job summary

New England Gypsum Floors: A Structis Company is seeking a CDL driver and floor underlayment installer for local projects. The role features a $25.00 to $30.00 per hour pay range, year-round work, and robust benefits.

You will support gypsum and concrete-based product installs, transport supplies, and assist crew members on diverse sites. Prior construction or concrete crew experience is a plus, with growth opportunities within the Structis team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Know basic hand tools.
• Basic ability to read a tape measure.
• Hard-working and goal-oriented.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable in multi-temperature environments.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Concrete crew experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist other crew members as necessary.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operate a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Set up the hose for pouring and connect to the mixer.
• Finish the poured gypcrete floor.
• Break open bags of gypcrete and pour them into a mixer.
• Carry supplies onto a job site.
