New England Gypsum Floors: A Structis Company is hiring a CDL Driver / Floor Underlayment Installer for local projects in the New England area. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience, with weekly pay and a robust benefits package including PTO, holidays, insurance and retirement options.

The role supports installation of gypsum and concrete based products, requires a Class A CDL, ability to handle up to 80 lbs, tools and multi-tasking, and willingness to

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL.
• Must know how to read a tape measure.
• Reliable, hard‑working, and punctual.
• Ability to drive to multiple project sites.
• Prior construction experience is a plus.
• Experience on concrete crews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist other crew members.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operate a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Set up hoses for pouring and connect to the mixer.
• Finish the poured gypcrete floor.
• Break open bags of gypcrete and pour into a mixer.
• Carry supplies onto job sites.
