Local Truck Driver – Duncan Family Farms

Location: Goodyear, AZ| Full-Time | Deliver Compost

Duncan Family Farms is seeking a dedicated and organized Local Truck Driver to join our team! If you're passionate about safe driving, staying organized, and being part of a company committed to sustainable farming, this is the job for you. You'll be responsible for transporting fresh, organic compost within our farms.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and safely drive a commercial vehicle with a GVW over 26,000 lbs

• Pull towed loads over 10,000 lbs, ensuring trailers are properly secured

• Deliver compost as needed through farm

• Safely handle and unload compost at delivery points

• Ensure each load matches the ticket and obtain required delivery confirmations

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fuel, oil changes, tire checks, etc.)

• Keep detailed driving and delivery logs

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• 2+ years of driving experience (preferred)

• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly

• Comfortable with GPS systems, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
