Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Santa Maria, CA is seeking a driver to safely transport orders to customers, load and unload trailers, and maintain accurate records in compliance with company and government regulations.

Requirements include driving experience, a clean driving record meeting company standards, a DOT physical, drug screening, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer local, home-every-night schedules with comprehensive benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Driving experience preferred.
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards.
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer order, safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck
• Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment
• Other duties as assigned
