Purpose

Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Santa Maria, CA, is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to transport sprayer and fertilizer orders to customers in the local area. You will complete records, load and unload, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety standards.

We offer home-night schedules and full-time hours with overtime during peak seasons, along with comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement, paid time off, and an Employee and Family Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Driving experience preferred.
• Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements and pass substance screening.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer order, safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck.
• Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution.
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
