Schwan's Company in Tucson, AZ is hiring a local CDL Class B route driver to deliver products to grocery stores and keep shelves stocked.

You will complete daily routes, unload and stage products, collect proof of delivery, and use handheld devices while following DOT rules.

The role offers Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, competitive pay of $52k–$54k, benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Delivery, grocery or warehouse experience is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement; 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product to grocery stores and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products, stage back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform truck inspections.
