• Reports to: Blast Plant Lead Handler and Blaster and Superintendent
• Department: Blast Plant
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr, based on experience

About The Role

A typical day involves prioritizing safety, delivering and picking up materials, and assisting on-site with heavy equipment using cranes, forklifts, and telehandlers, some weighing up to 200,000 lbs. Responsibilities include:

• Driving a CDL Class A tractor-trailer within a 4-hour radius of Circleville, OH
• Loading and securing freight at pickup sites
• Securing loads at customer locations, including oversized loads up to 53'
• Operating heavy equipment on-site
• Completing safety checklists and following DOT regulations

Schedule & Travel

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role with occasional weekends, primarily local deliveries, and employees are expected to be home nightly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with active auto insurance
• Class A CDL with at least 12 months of interstate tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to pass DOT physicals
• At least 21 years old
• No recent chargeable DOT accidents in past 3 years
• Knowledge of load securement
• Willingness to assist with material handling when not driving
