Job summary
Metro Welding Supply Corporation in Detroit, MI is seeking a Local CDL Class A Delivery Driver with HazMat to deliver industrial and medical gases across Michigan and northern Ohio. This is a local, home-daily route with no overnight travel and no weekend work. You will load/unload cylinders, perform inspections, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A with HazMat endorsement.
- Clean driving record and strong safety history.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver gas cylinders and welding equipment to customer locations.
- Load, secure, and unload delivery vehicles.
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Complete deliveries accurately, safely, and on schedule.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop.
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
