Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in West Chester, OH. This role offers weekly pay, a full benefits package, and a driving career with opportunities for growth.

Position features local home daily routes with 40+ hours per week, box trucks (16', 22', 26'), and pay components including per-mile, per-stop, and performance bonuses. Training is provided and weekends are not required. Start times vary with some shifts early morning.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Must have a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions.
• Background and motor vehicle checks required for last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Ryder vehicle and follow all safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with loading/unloading when required by customer.
• Detect and mitigate safety hazards and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
