Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking a licensed CDL driver to perform ground and rooftop deliveries, ensuring safety from branch to customer site. The role emphasizes adhering to schedules, documenting every delivery with photos, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include load checks, collaboration with the Delivery Material Handler, and potential warehouse duties. A pre-employment drug screen is required, with random screens.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A is required.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly (most cargo 70 lb bundles).
• Willingness to work on rooftops.
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required.
• Conveyor and/or flatbed truck experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground and rooftop materials, ensuring safety from the facility to the job site.
• Maintain a safe work zone at each site and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Document every delivery by taking photos with the camera phone system.
• Complete a thorough load check before leaving the branch; secure all materials and comply with regulations.
• Work with Delivery Material Handler to unload and position materials.
• Complete logs and government paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide customer with an invoice and collect COD when due.
• Warehouse duties may include loading/unloading as assigned.
