Baldwin Paving Company is seeking CDL Drivers to join our paving team in a full-time, local role. Drivers are home every night and only travel within a 75-mile radius of Atlanta.

This is a safety-sensitive position operating in active roadway construction environments. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class B CDL with Tanker (N) endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Tack truck experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates).
• Must meet FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements and have a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Operate tack truck safely in roadway construction environments.
• Apply asphalt tack/emulsion using spray equipment.
• Load, transport, and unload heated materials up to ~300°F.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety issues.
• Support paving crew operations and follow all safety procedures.
