Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in Auburn, ME is hiring a local CDL Class B route driver to deliver products to grocery stores, ensuring shelves are stocked with Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizza, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts, bibigo® and Pagoda® snacks.

This interim role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays and early morning starts, plus competitive benefits, a uniform and footwear allowance, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery, grocery, or warehouse experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement and medical certification; must be 21+.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product with equipment.
• Pre-employment checks including background, drug test, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product to grocery stores to keep products on store shelves.
• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products and place in back room; collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform truck inspections.
