Meridian Waste in United States, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced Class B CDL driver for a full-time, local, home-daily role operating roll-off trucks. You will deliver and relocate containers at commercial sites, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure safe loading and unloading with DOT-compliant procedures.

Training is provided, overtime is common (50–60 hours weekly), and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Valid Class B CDL or higher with air brake qualification.
• Two or more years of commercial truck driving experience preferred.
• Roll-off experience not required; training provided.
• Able to pass DOT driver requirements and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate containers at sites.
• Transport containers to landfills, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and designated locations.
• Operate roll-off hoist, hydraulic, cable or hooklift equipment as applicable.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety concerns.
• Evaluate service locations for safe access and hazards.
• Inspect containers for overloading, damage, or unsafe conditions.
• Complete work orders and disposal documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Work outdoors in all weather; overtime is common.
