Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a reliable Class B Driver to operate our MedTrans fleet, delivering life-saving medical products to commercial and residential customers. You will load, secure, and deliver shipments, maintain logs, and communicate with dispatch to optimize routes while upholding safety standards.

Applicants should have a valid US driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet Federal and State requirements for operating commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class B vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities and provide documentation upon delivery.
• Provide in-person support to customers and address questions or needs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route or schedule adjustments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and adequate fuel.
