Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking CDL drivers for local, home-daily routes delivering food products to customers across the region. The role includes tractor/trailer operations, DOT compliance, and customer interaction to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

Compensation includes a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,350 with annual earnings of $70,000–$80,000 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus opportunity. Company-provided boots and uniforms, plus health, 401(k), and other benefits, are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Drive to customer locations and deliver orders on schedule.
• Unloading, handling and securing freight; ensure proper paperwork.
