Job summary

PODS in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Driver/Delivery Associate. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid CDL Class B license, with no air brake restriction. You must be at least 21 and able to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate.

The position offers pay between $22.50 and $23.00 per hour, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays. Training is provided, and a commuting-friendly benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class B License without air brake restriction.
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license.
• Must meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or ability to obtain a minimum of a 1 year certification (DOT requirement).
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software preferred.
• Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• Ability to attend required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program.
