Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a delivery driver to operate daily routes with frequent stops, loading and unloading products at customer sites. The role involves loading trucks, handling pallets, and following all safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of route delivery experience or applicable background driving a straight truck
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred)
• Ability to read and speak English well for interaction with customers and for reports

Responsibilities

• Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times
• Unload product from trailer and place in designated customer storage areas
• Lift, push, or move product up to 100 pounds; stack pallets and use hand carts
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures; communicate discrepancies
• Address shorts and customer complaints professionally
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in line with DOT and Sysco policies
