C.R. England is hiring yard jockeys for a dedicated local account in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This role offers an average salary of $61,000 annually, with top drivers earning up to $117,000. You will work 3 1/2 days on and 3 1/2 days off, home daily, with shifts available both night and daytime.

The ideal candidate must have a valid CDL-A, 3+ months of experience, and the ability to maintain customer service standards. Full benefits package and 401(k) participation are included.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL-A and at least 3 months of experience.
• Ability to work all straight-time shifts including nights and days.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Spotting trailers and assisting road drivers in the yard.
• Monitoring equipment and moving between the main plant and neighboring plants.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
