Position includes a 4/3 schedule, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am start times, and a $3000 loyalty bonus. Endorsement within 30–60 days is encouraged, with opportunities for growth in a supported team environment.

Qualifications

• Backing experience required.
• Ability to pass Ryder drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and Ryder policies.
• Detect safety hazards and maintain accurate logs.
• Assist in loading/unloading freight if required by customer.
