Meijer is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for local, home daily routes across the Midwest. You will deliver freight from distribution centers to stores on schedule, operate Class A vehicles, and support safe, compliant transport.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain one.
• One year of truck driving experience or successful completion of an accredited CDL training program.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, road test, and pre‑employment drug screen.
• No moving violations within the last year.
• No more than two moving violations within the last three years.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles.
• Deliver freight from distribution centers to stores on schedule.
• Transport vendor backhauls to distribution centers.
• Perform yard switching and trailer movements as needed.
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
• Represent Meijer with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset.
