Job summary

Ryder is hiring in Indianapolis for local CDL-A drivers. You will deliver solo to a 100-mile radius, get home daily, and start with payroll benefits after 30 days. This local role rewards careful driving and efficient routing within the community.

You must have a valid Class A CDL, 9 months of recent driving experience, be at least 21, and pass Ryder's drug test and background checks. The position includes health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match after one year, plus uniform/boot

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Minimum 21 years of age and able to pass Ryder drug test.
• Must pass Ryder background and motor vehicle checks and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solo within 100-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN.
• Operate local routes and be home daily.
• No-touch freight handling U.S. Mail; maintain safety standards.
