Job summary

SYGMA Danville IL Team is hiring Delivery Drivers to safely transport products from the warehouse to customers, delivering and unloading per invoices and standards. Expect routes that support strong earning potential and reliable equipment for daily operations.

Average pay is around $105K per year with top earners reaching $150K. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, and a 401k plus stock purchase plan. Evening dispatch and weekend work may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks according to customer specifications.
• Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time (DOT logs, inspections, maintenance reports, invoices).
• Maintains food safety and sanitary conditions in the tractor, trailer, warehouse and yard.
• Develops and maintains good customer relationships through courteous service and clear communication.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
