Job summary

Ryder is hiring drivers for a home daily route in the Mid Atlantic region. Earns $1,550+ per week with 63 CPM solo mileage and $35 per stop, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Paid weekly with comprehensive benefits after 30 days, 80 hours PTO first year, and training on equipment. Requirements include CDL-A, 9 months of driving in the last 3 years, and 21+.

Earn $1,550+ per Week - Home Daily!

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus - Comprehensive Benefits

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Earn $1,550+ per week
• Solo miles pay: 63 CPM with 1,700 - 1,800 miles per week
• Solo stops pay: $35.00 per stop with 5 - 10 stops per week
• $3,000 sign-on bonus:
• Pays you $1,500 at 30 days
• Pays you $1,500 at 90 days
• Safety bonus: pays you $500 four times a year, ever quarter
• Paid weekly
• Route: Home daily
• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS
• Start time: 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM dispatch
• Deliver solo to: Mid Atlantic region, 300 mile radius
• Tractor type: Day cabs
• Trailer type: Flatbed, 53'
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Load securement only - lumber, strapping only

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
