Job summary

J Rose Enterprises seeks top-tier CDL-A drivers to haul dedicated freight to store locations across NC, VA, PA and WV. With a starting scale up to 0.63 CPM, stop pay and a mileage guarantee, top performers on this fleet are clearing over $1,800 a week.

Home daily with a 48-hour weekly reset, 1,600–1,700 miles weekly, 100% no-touch freight and newer day cabs. Requires active Class A CDL with 3 months solo experience; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL with 3 months solo experience.
• Must be comfortable with 11–14 hour shifts.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Haul dedicated freight to store locations across NC, VA, PA, and WV.
• Maintain 1,600–1,700 miles per week with 100% no-touch freight.
• Operate newer model day cabs in a slip-seat arrangement.

With a starting scale up to $0.63 CPM, stop pay, and a mileage guarantee structure, top performers on this fleet are clearingover $1,800 a week.

Financial Package:

• Income Range:$70,000 – $95,000+ Annually
• Weekly Avg:$1,400 – $1,800+ gross
• Sign-On Bonus:$2,500
• Safety Net Pay:Routes pay whichever is greater between standard mileage or Minimum Mileage Band Pay.
• Extra Pay:$20 per stop.

Job Run Details:

• Home Time:Home daily with a consistent 48-hour weekly reset.
• Route:1,600 – 1,700 average weekly miles hauling dry/reefer vans. 100% no-touch freight.
• Equipment:Newer model day cabs (slip-seat).
