Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a local CDL-A Truck Driver to join our Etna, PA team. You will operate a day cab tractor with a 48’ or 53’ trailer to complete pickups and deliveries to our various LTL customer locations, typically Monday through Friday.

You will earn $35.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime after 40 hours. This role offers home daily, modern equipment, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat endorsement required to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Must have a DOT medical card.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain TSA clearance.
• Must read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Complete pickups and deliveries to various location(s).
• Perform lift gate deliveries and unloads as needed.
• Ensure security and safety of the tractor and freight; follow FMCSA rules.
• Build relationships through effective communication with customers.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Local CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team in Etna, PA. This role operates a day cab tractor with a 48’ or 53’ trailer to complete pickups and deliveries to our various LTL customer locations.

CDL-A Truck Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Hazmat is required to start
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

CDL-A Truck Driver responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Completing pick up and deliveries to various location(s)
• Performing lift gate deliveries, including unloading and loading at stops as needed
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all FMCSA safety regulations and guidelines
