Job summary

Manito Transit LLC is seeking a local CDL-A driver with tanker and hazmat endorsements, two years of driving experience, and a $5,000 signing bonus. You will be home every night and serve a full-service trucking operation.

The role focuses on safe operation of semi-tractors and tankers, daily pre-trip inspections, DOT compliance, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation. A competitive benefits package and total rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL with required endorsements (tanker & hazmat) and valid medical card.
• Demonstrates ability to operate tractor-trailer safely and deliver/exchange cargo in a timely manner.
• Experience: 2+ years in driving with hazardous materials endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-tractors and tankers per safety standards and company procedures.
• Perform and record daily pre-trip inspections and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and ensure deliveries/pickups meet schedules.
• Complete paperwork (logbooks, bills, delivery slips) accurately.
• Seasonal fuel-hauling coverage may be required.
• Follow established safety and compliance policies at all times.
