Job summary

ADM is hiring a Local CDL A Truck Driver for our Decatur, IL location. This full-time role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus, with local/home daily rotations and a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires a Class A CDL with a Tanker endorsement and HazMat within 60 days, plus 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the past 7 years.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement and hazmat to be obtained within 60 days.
• 1 year of verifiable driving experience (OTR or local) within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tanker truck with required endorsements and ensure safe loading/unloading per procedures.
• Plan trips considering breaks, fuel, appointments, traffic and weather; meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain compliance with FMCSA, OSHA, EPA and DOL policies.
