Job summary

ADM is seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver for our Decatur, IL location. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus, with local/home daily operations and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) match. Uniforms are provided.

The driver will operate a Class A tanker truck with HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire. Pre-employment testing and ongoing safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
• Tanker endorsement required; HazMat endorsement within 60 days of hire.
• DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check and functionality testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan trips considering breaks, fuel, appointments, weather, traffic and other conditions.
• Safely load and unload product following company and customer instructions.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance in all operations.
