TransForce is seeking a professional CDL A Shuttle Driver for a local, home-daily position in Fremont, California. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with pay at $33.75 per hour and overtime after 40 hours.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance are provided from Day 1, along with life and disability coverage and a 401(k) with company match. Equipment includes 53-foot trailers in late-model, well-maintained condition.

About the Position

TransForce is seeking a professional CDL A Shuttle Driver for a local, home-daily position in Fremont. This direct-hire opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, modern equipment, competitive pay, and benefits available from Day 1.

• Pay: $33.75 per hour


• Average weekly pay: $1,450


• Overtime available after 40 hours


• Consistent pay increases

Key Responsibilities

• Perform local shuttle runs and move 53-foot trailers in and out of loading doors.


• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.


• Maintain accurate driving and work logs.


• Secure loads and verify trailer conditions.


• Follow all DOT regulations and safety procedures.


• Operate equipment safely and professionally.


• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.


• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience.


• Experience operating 53-foot trailers.


• Valid DOT Medical Card.


• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.


• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
