Job summary

SYGMA IL Team is hiring delivery drivers to transport products from the warehouse by tractor trailer to customers, loading and delivering as per invoices and company standards. The role features highly maintained equipment and an overnight schedule to meet customer needs.

Drivers can earn an average $100,000–$105,000 per year, with top earners up to $150,000 annually. We offer paid training, 401(k) and stock plan options, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL; insurable to operate the vehicle.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer by hand or cart; follow customer specs.
• Complete paperwork according to DOT and company guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse.
• Build good customer relationships with courteous service and communication.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
