Denali Water Solutions LLC in Selma, CA is hiring a Class A CDL Roll-Off Driver to operate a roll-off truck, pick up 30-yard bins and compactors, and deliver totes to bakery customers on a scheduled route.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL with no automatic-transmission restriction, a strong safety record, and the ability to work independently while delivering reliable service and professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off truck in compliance with company, DOT, and local safety regulations.
• Pick up and transport 30-yard bins and compactors from bakery customer locations.
• Deliver totes to bakery customers according to scheduled routes.
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely, accurately, and on time.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Properly secure loads and confirm equipment is handled safely.
• Report vehicle, equipment, route, or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
