Job summary

R&L Dumpsters, a Houston-based dumpster rental company, is hiring a full-time CDL Class A Roll-Off Truck Driver to operate our fleet. This local, Monday–Friday position offers steady work and the opportunity to return home daily.

Responsibilities include safely delivering and picking up dumpsters, communicating with customers and dispatch, and performing pre-trip inspections. Requirements: valid CDL A, at least two years' roll-off experience, clean driving record, and familiarity with Houston

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum two years of roll-off truck driving experience.
• Safe driving record.
• Experience operating hydraulic roll-off and tarp systems.
• Familiarity with Houston-area roads and construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off truck on local routes.
• Deliver, exchange, and pick up dumpsters at customer sites.
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners, project managers, contractors, customers, and dispatch.
• Carefully operate trucks, tarp systems, dumpsters, and other equipment.
• Check overhead clearance and surrounding conditions before loading or unloading.
